I'm Vicki Kotris, co-owner of Cleveland Cookie Dough Company (food truck) and REMIXX Ice Cream + Cereal Bar in Cleveland, OH. I live in the Edgewater neighborhood, am a dog-mom to a Boxer named Wally and have yet to find a dessert I don't like. I started my entrepreneurial journey 4 years ago when I felt like my creativity was being stifled at my day job. I always loved to bake and loved business so the food truck was a fun outlet for me to be in the kitchen and have fun creating the brand. CLE Cookie Dough grew so much faster than we thought and in 2019, my husband quit his full time job as a CPA to run the business full time!
REMIXX Ice Cream + Cereal Bar launched in Sept 2020 and is a fun, elevated ice cream experience that uses mixx machines to blend the perfect combinations of ice cream, cereals, cookies into the most delicious treat! Our specialized mixx machines can blend any concoctions into a cup, cone or mixxshake! We love to come up with fun flavors and even have some crazy ones like our 'Hott Stuff' that blends vanilla ice cream, Flaming Hot Cheetos and drizzled with honey.
My absolute favorite thing about owning a business is catering special events for our guests. We get to be a part of some of life's most special moments like weddings, birthdays, graduations and everything in between. I love celebrations and the fact that we get to be a small part of these memories is so special to me. That's why our team is so dedicated to the best customer experience!
