On today's Vendor Spotlight post we are excited to share our interview with Lauren Tucker-Haywood, the owner of Mint 2B Tipsy! Lauren has always had a passion for creating cocktails and curating menus. With the support of her loving husband, this mom of two has been able to maintain her mobile bar business through the pandemic. Since the start of Mint 2B Tipsy in 2019, Lauren has made it her mission to provide the best service to her clients, and also gain meaningful business relationships. Covesa Kelly Events: What services do you offer?
Lauren: We are a Mobile Bartending service that offers handcrafted
cocktails, experienced and expert bartenders, for all your event needs. Our options include
Open/Customized Bar Service, Self-Service Stations, Specialty Bar (Mimosa Bar, Tequila/
Margarita Bar, Gin Bar, Champagne Towers, & Cocktail Tables), and Hands-On Cocktail
Crafting Classes.
CKE: What events can someone book you for?
Lauren : Clients can book us for any event, as small as a backyard BBQs, or as big as a 300 guest wedding. We service all special occasions.
CKE: Can you create virgin/mocktail drinks for clients who don’t drink alcohol?
Mint2btipsy: Yes, We love creating virgin/mocktail drinks for our clients. It presents a challenge on how creative we can get with fresh juices and ingredients.
CKE: How far in advance should someone book your services?
Mint2btipsy: It is always good to book your bartending service as soon as you know you need to utilize one. Ideally, it is good to book your bartender between 2-3 weeks before your event.
CKE: What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Mint2btipsy: The most rewarding part of the job is seeing our clients happy, and knowing we had a part in making their event special!
CKE: What else would you like to share about your business?
Mint2btipsy: Mint 2B Tipsy is on the path to Bar Consulting and Teaching. We are really excited to grow, and expand over these next couple of months leading into 2023.
