OUR STORY
Felicia and Dwayne have know each other since the early 90's and while their love story may not have started as soon as they met, it started at the perfect time for them. They were introduced to each other through mutual friends and though they may be the opposites, the saying goes, that opposites attract. Felicia is a true introvert. While she prefers staying inside with a good book or to watch a tennis match, Dwayne is a man of the outdoors. Together they love to travel, shop and go to dinner. Felicia has a strong love for the theater and the ballet, and while Dwayne may not love it, he loves Felicia so he goes when she asks. Felicia and Dwayne are the true definition of opposites attract and always at the right time.
the proposal
I said YES!
Felicia knew that Dwayne was the one when she heard that after all of the years of being apart, he was looking for her again. She had been managing a small store when one day, after Dwayne met with her uncle to ask for her hand in marriage, he rode his motorcycle to her store and dropped down on one knee and asked her to marry her. She thought he was insane since this was just after their second date. But they talked and prayed and just enjoyed each other and decided that they wanted to be together for the rest of their lives. Then on front of friends and family Dwayne got down on one knee again and the rest is history!
